CONSULTATION
When a client first contacts Living Style Landscapes an “enquiry pack” is sent out to help them determine what they want to achieve from their proposed landscaping project.
After reading the response we will arrange a convenient time for a free consultation during which we will discuss the client’s ideas and requirements. At this meeting we will assess the site and offer suggestions as to how to achieve an outcome that will reflect the personal style, needs and budget of the client.
Towards the completion of the project we will organise a meeting to familiarise the client with ongoing maintenance requirements or set up a maintenance schedule with Living Style Landscapes.
QUOTATION
After the initial consultation with us we will prepare an itemised obligation free quote. Upon acceptance of the quote a deposit of 10% is required 7 days before work begins.
CONSTRUCTION
Our experienced construction team will commence at the arranged time and the site supervisor will ensure that the project runs efficiently and to budget.
With frequent meetings between clients and LSL team, progress of the job, the design and layout and any issues arising will be discussed to ensure a smooth and successful project.
MAINTENANCE
To help achieve the full potential of your project, Living Style Landscapes offers a professional maintenance service and ongoing care.
As a living growing environment, we feel that if nurtured and maintained correctly the results will be very rewarding. You will guarantee a positive return on your investment and create an amazing ‘living Space’ for yourself & your family to appreciate and enjoy.
From weekly to annual maintenance programmes, LSL can set up a programme for a small backyard to a large housing estate. Even If it is a DIY programme including visits every 6 months from our qualified trained staff, we will personalise a programme to suit the project, budget and clients needs.
